Crash's Kimchi Bloody Mary

 

Combine in a shaker:

1/2 cup kimchi brine
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 lemon squeezed
pinch black pepper
pinch of cayenne
pinch dried garlic
4 oz vodka
(shake all ingredients and pour over cracked ice)

Pour (do not strain) into a glass with a salted rim.
Garnish with a skewer of kimchi or other fermented veggies.
