How our tonic is made

Fireweed Ferments’ Firecider is made from only the highest quality, raw and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. We then infuse it with all fresh horseradish, ginger, onion, garlic, rosemary, habañero, jalapeño, lemon and grapefruit. We also add turmeric and cayenne powder and let it amalgamate for a minimum of one month. This creates a spicy, pungent and extremely healthy ACV tonic that is an antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, immune booster packed full of antioxidants,


First You Shake It

Fireweed Ferments’ Firecider has a strong flavorful punch. It can be used in dashes like bitters or more heavily for a more robust experience. It’s inclusion can complement both dark and light liquors.

Then You Bake It

You can maranade with it, add it to sauces and soups. Anything you might use vinegar for you can substitute Fireweed Ferment’s Firecider. A little can go a long way when flavor is this concentrated.
